What I mean to say, is that your job as senior leaders (individually and collectively) is to transform the business while they run the business. This requires better delegation to your teams so that your teams are doing most of the running of the business, in order to enable you to raise your eyes up and out, and develop a point of view on how to transform the business where it most needs it.
