I am certified to administer and facilitate the output of the 360 (multi-rater feedback) instrument. The LCP is a unique feedback tool as it evaluates not only the creative competencies of a senior leader, but also their reactive tendencies (controlling, protecting, complying)

This coaching process has been developed by Harvard Based psychologist, Robert Kegan to help executives see where they have a foot on the brake and release that brake (unlearn old beliefs and habits) so that they can make progress with their development goals.
