Brittain Consulting is a consulting firm with over 30 years of global experience in strategic change, organizational design and executive development coaching and consulting. We provide consulting and one-on-one coaching services to public and private companies throughout North America, Europe and Asia, most notably within Financial Services, Retail (grocery and automotive), Life & Health Sciences, Large Commercial Construction, Professional Services and Food Manufacturing and Packaged Goods industries.

With an extensive background working with Boards, CEOs, Executives and their teams, Brittain Consulting enables leaders to focus and align both themselves and their teams on the job of executing their strategic priorities and change agenda.

Hogan is an international authority in personality assessment and consulting, Hogan has over 30 years of experience helping businesses dramatically reduce turnover and increase productivity by hiring the right people, developing key talent and evaluating leadership potential.

The Leadership Circle
I am certified to administer and facilitate the output of the 360 (multi-rater feedback) instrument. The LCP is a unique feedback tool as it evaluates not only the creative competencies of a senior leader, but also their reactive tendencies (controlling, protecting, complying)

The Immunity to Change Mapping
This coaching process has been developed by Harvard Based psychologist, Robert Kegan to help executives see where they have a foot on the brake and release that brake (unlearn old beliefs and habits) so that they can make progress with their development goals.

Reiss
I am a licensed Reiss Profile Master. The Reiss profile is a psychometric self-assessment for measuring intrinsic motivations. The Reiss Profile allows me to help clients discover the right organizational “fit” along with their authentic (intrinsically driven) leadership expression.
